1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the unique user account created by you to access and use the services offered by rl19pr.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) credited to your Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive granted to you by rl19pr, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by rl19pr to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and verify your eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Services" means all products, features, and functionalities offered by rl19pr, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery-style number games), and related gambling activities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on rl19pr, you expressly agree to be bound by:

2. Our Privacy Policy;
3. Our Responsible Gaming Policy;
4. All specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional terms published on the Platform.

rl19pr reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To create an Account and use rl19pr's Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. rl19pr enforces strict age verification through its KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and any remaining Balance forfeited. We reserve the right to request additional age verification documents at any time.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

rl19pr is an internationally licensed platform that accepts players from Indonesia. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your use of online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and subject to interpretation. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of rl19pr complies with applicable Indonesian laws. rl19pr does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to any legal incapacity, restriction, or prohibition that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.

3.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion program, whether with rl19pr or any other gambling operator. If you have previously self-excluded from rl19pr, you may not re-register or use the Platform until the self-exclusion period has expired.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use rl19pr's Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP);
• Date of birth;
• Residential address in Indonesia;
• Valid email address;
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia;
• Secure password meeting our complexity requirements.

You may register only one Account with rl19pr. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have registered more than one Account, all such Accounts will be suspended, and any Balances or winnings may be forfeited.

4.2 KYC and Identity Verification

rl19pr is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity theft, and money laundering. As part of our KYC process, you will be required to provide the following documents within 7 days of your first deposit or upon request by our compliance team:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph;
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP (for facial verification);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).

Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 14 days of the first deposit request will be subject to temporary suspension. Withdrawals will be blocked until KYC is successfully completed. rl19pr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other websites;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account if offered;
• Never share your password with any third party;
• Immediately notify rl19pr if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

rl19pr is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized such activity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

rl19pr accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and OCBC NISP;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but cumulative deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per calendar month may trigger enhanced due diligence review. Deposits are typically credited to your Balance immediately upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. rl19pr does not charge deposit fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal of your Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified;
• You must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• The withdrawal amount must be at least Rp 100,000;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name (matching your KYC documents).

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Under 3 minutes during WIB business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB); up to 15 minutes outside business hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically under 5 minutes, 24/7.

rl19pr does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawn amount. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

rl19pr is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that:

• All funds deposited to your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity;
• You will not use rl19pr for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing;
• rl19pr reserves the right to freeze your Account and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.

Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

rl19pr periodically offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible users. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available only to users who have completed KYC verification;
• Only one bonus per user, per household, per IP address;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and must meet wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus and are clearly stated in the promotional terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements). For example, a 100% welcome bonus with a 5x wagering requirement on a deposit of Rp 1,000,000 (bonus: Rp 1,000,000) requires you to wager Rp 5,000,000 in total before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period (typically 30 days), or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rl19pr reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event);
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus terms.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. Key general rules include:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body;
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules;
• rl19pr reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or other integrity violations;
• Maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise approved.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, etc.) are governed by the rules published by the game provider. rl19pr does not control game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers employed by our game studio partners (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, etc.). In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision of the game provider is final.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting pricing errors, latency delays, or differences in odds across platforms to guarantee profit;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your Account;
• Money Laundering: Using rl19pr to launder proceeds of crime or engage in terrorist financing.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

rl19pr provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rl19pr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Balance at the time the claim arose.

10.3 Force Majeure

rl19pr is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, etc.).

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. If you fail to withdraw your Balance within 90 days of Account closure, rl19pr reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 100,000 per month for maintaining dormant Account records.

11.2 Termination by rl19pr

rl19pr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Engagement in prohibited activities;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Extended Account inactivity (no login or wager for 12 consecutive months).

If your Account is closed by rl19pr for cause, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, your Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rl19pr's operating license is held. Given the complex and ambiguous legal status of online gambling in Indonesia, rl19pr operates under international licensing and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gambling regulations.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English and administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with rl19pr on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rl19pr.
